Dr. Phil says the stress and anxiety caused by Covid-19 is not something we, as a nation, have experienced since 9/11. Social distancing and not being ale to see friends and family is hard. When times are tough – journal, meditate, take a walk, phone a friend or family member, go outside and sit in the sun for a bit – but mostly, remember, this temporary and this will end.
