This pandemic is hard for many of us. You may have found it easy to eat non-healthy foods while being quarantined. There are many reasons that you may feel tired - like not drinking enough water, skipping breakfast, food with a lot of sugar, food with a lot of carbs, and many more reasons.

Healthline has given us a list of 27 foods that can give you more energy. Here are just some from their list.

  7. Apples

  12. Yogurt

  15. Oranges

Try incorporating some or all of these foods in your every day meals or snacks! Then see how your energy improves throughout this quarantine.
