Meditation for Stress & Anxiety

Meditation is a mental exercise that helps relaxation, focus, and awareness. Meditation is to the mind as physical exercise is to the body. In Phycology, it is defined as "a family of mental training practices that are designed to familiarize the practitioner with specific types of mental processes."  

There are many scientific studies that have proven the benefits of meditation like - keeping you healthy, helps prevent diseases, keeps you emotionally well, improves you physically and mentally and improves performance.
